Cleaning the air at the construction site is mandatory: late effects cannot be avoided due to high exposure to dust at the workplace. Statistics show that deaths due to lung cancer or silicosis are not decreasing. Meanwhile, everyone has been warned about asbestos, but who knows that fine silica dust (such as calcareous sandstone, granite or aerated concrete) is also carcinogenic?

In accordance with TRGS 900, the new dust emission limit is now only between 1.25 mg/ um. (instead of 3 mg/ cum.). This makes the air filter an essential piece of equipment for every construction and restoration contractor to prevent damage to health or shutdown of the site.

StaubStop PLUS is the right solution in this case. With this air filter, dust and dirt can be removed directly on site. The coarse and fine dust filter used reliably removes dust particles quickly and ensures that no dust settles in the construction site and possibly in neighbouring residential areas.

Thanks to the handy filter change indicator, everyone can immediately see when the filter needs to be changed. The StaubStop PLUS air filter system uses a two-stage filtration system. The first filter stage consists of a pre-filter (coarse dust filter G4) and the main filter stage consists of a robust HEYLO fine dust filter (F9) class M.
