Dry vacuum cleaner

Wet floors not only damage the material, but also pose a risk of injury due to slip hazards. Large quantities of liquids are not a problem for HEYLO industrial vacuum cleaners due to their high suction power and optimal filling. When used as a wet vacuum cleaner, the liquid is absorbed directly into the container. As a dry vacuum cleaner it is suitable for:

• fine dust,
• dirt,
• shards,
• noxious, dry or non-flammable dust.

Wet vacuum cleaner

Dust from trees such as wood dust, lead, quartz and asbestos can be present in large quantities during renovation or refurbishment work and can pose a health risk. Our dry vacuum cleaners are precisely adapted to the requirements of construction, renovation and refurbishment work. As a wet vacuum cleaner it is suitable for:

• absorption of non-flammable liquids,
• vacuuming of tools and machines.

• Robust construction and ergonomic design
  The ergonomic design of this vacuum cleaner ensures greater safety and easy dust disposal. The vacuum cleaners feature a robust design with large wheels, stable dimensions and a built-in display.
• Simple operation and secure sealing
  The large self-closing flap provides convenient access to the main filter element. The powerful and flexible perimeter seal ensures 100% sealing even during the cleaning pulse. This seal prevents dust and dirt from entering the air duct and turbine.
• Volume flow and filter monitoring
  All dust class M machines are equipped with FlowSensor to meet legal requirements. FlowSensor monitors the volumetric flow of the machine. If it falls below 20 m/s, an optical signal (LED) is activated first. If the operator does not react to the LED signal, an audible signal (buzzer) is activated after a further 5 seconds.
  The possibility to adjust the hose diameter ensures the correct alarm level for different suction hoses. This dust class H unit is also equipped with a HEPA filter cartridge that monitors the filters.
• Durable and washable PTFE flat filter element
  The non-stick membrane ensures easy and effective filter cleaning, high filter efficiency (99.9%) and long life. The result is high cleaning performance, all with only one filter, whether for wet or dry use. The reliable separation efficiency of fine dust is an additional advantage.
• Large self-closing access flap to the filter
  The motor head does not need to be removed for filter maintenance. Dust acting on the seals is minimised, which also results in a minimal dust load when changing the filter. The engine has a longer life and the filter condition and level can be easily monitored.
• Dual filtration for dust class H variants (asbestos)
  The combination of the main filter element, HEPA filter and safety filter bag (three-stage filtration) prevents the release of dust. The advantage here is the increased filtration safety for hazardous dusts and the longer lifetime of the HEPA filter element and the associated cost savings.
• Industrial vacuum cleaner with automatic filter cleaning
  A particularly important feature of the HEYLO industrial vacuum cleaner is the InfiniClean automatic filter cleaning system. It ensures consistently high suction performance - the filter is automatically cleaned with counter-current air during operation.
• Industrial vacuum cleaner with knock function for more power
  The vacuum cleaner with knocking function (also knocker) achieves higher productivity thanks to automatic filter cleaning and significantly reduces machine downtime. The hopper can be filled without filter maintenance - even in the case of heavy fine dust. Loss of suction power during cleaning is minimised.

Every 15 seconds, a strong air pulse is emitted in the opposite direction of flow to the filter cartridge.
