Dust suppression system HEYLO DCS-PF 1400
The HEYLO DCS-PF 1400 dust suppression system quickly and safely removes dust from the work area and protects other living areas of the building from contamination. The complete system comprises dust-tight door DCD-3.0, air cleaner PF 1400 + coarse dust filter (G4) + fine dust filter (class F9/M)* + suction part. Suitable for door widths up to 680 to 830 mm.

Renovate clean! If you want to quickly and safely remove dust from your work area during restoration work and you want to protect other parts of the building, the DCS dust suppression system is just the thing!
The main part of this system is the DCD-3.0 dust door - for fast and safe sealing of the door between the working or contaminated area and the white (clean) area. By connecting the fans in the white area, a low pressure is created in the renovated area (black area), which prevents the spread of fine dust into adjacent rooms. Once the hose passes through the opening directly to the dust source in the renovated area, the dust extraction function occurs.
Easy to transport and quick to install, DCS saves time, money and potential complications. In the case of a water-based system, there is no need for extensive cleaning - simply shake out or dispose of the dust bags.
FEATURES AND USAGE:
- Dust extraction system for dust extraction and maintaining vacuum in rooms

- Seals the workspace: the door element is quickly and easily mounted using a quick-release fastener with clamping tape. With roller shutters and plastic sheeting, the DCD-3.0 seals off the work/dirty area from inhabited areas.
- Dust extraction in the work area: practical dust extraction holes allow the pipe to be directed directly to the work area where the dust is generated. The PowerFilter 1400 mobile air cleaner seamlessly draws in dust and captures it in various filters.
- Maintains low pressure in the working area: the DCD -3.0 in combination with a filter fan (PowerFilter 1400) located near the door for dust control in the white (clean) area ensures that the extraction pressure is kept low.
