The powerful alternator drives a professional GX series engine with easy start, all anchored in a solid steel frame with a capacious 24 l fuel tank, partial soundproofing and a clear control panel.

FOR CONSTRUCTION AND OFFICE USE

This robust, petrol-powered AC power generator is mainly designed for "professionals" to power appliances such as lighting, hand-held power tools, electric motors, small welding units or even devices with sensitive electronics. Its size makes it suitable for mobile car workshops, repair trucks for field work or construction sites during building foundation, etc., or even as a backup power supply for an office or home equipped with electronics. The whole system is mounted on flexible power blocks in a reinforced frame welded from 25 mm diameter steel tubes. This provides exceptional protection against possible damage and also serves as a transport handle for easy handling. Due to its weight, the power plant can be equipped with a transport wheel chassis or a crane hitch. Therefore, in order for the alternator to produce a voltage of 230V / 50Hz, the motor is equipped with an automatic, mechanical speed controller so that at any current draw the motor speed is constant at 3000 rpm. Operation of the power generator is very easy and simple and all controls are clearly arranged on the control panel. The power unit is equipped with 1x CEE (16A 230V) and 2x Schuko (16A 230V) sockets.Just fill up the tank, place the power unit on a horizontal surface, check the engine oil level, start the engine by pulling the handle of the manual starter, wait a few seconds for the engine to settle down and connect the powered appliance to the appropriate socket. The power pack meets all electrical safety requirements and is equipped with protective features such as engine oil leak protection and alternator overload protection. The sturdy and solid frame construction does not twist and, together with the partial soundproofing of the unit, reliably dampens the vibrations from the motor to the ground. The overall noise level of the unit is reduced by a larger and more efficient muffler. The maintenance of the power unit is quite simple and consists of basic maintenance of the petrol engine.
